Yes, prior to approval, you may cancel your order. To provide you the fastest service possible, once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled. All orders are custom-made based on your instructions. If you cancel your order after approval but prior to production, you're responsible for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation along with a cancellation fee.

Yes, They will be smaller since there is a fixed size of the imprint area. Please use the Special Instruction box for additional text. We will let your know if you have too much text. You will see an artwork proof and your approval is required before we print your order.

Most products can have multiple color imprints. The maximum number of colors and the additional color charge is listed on each product page under the Pricing and Details tab. There will be an additional screen charge along with the per piece additional color charge.

Yes. We can combine as many different styles as long as they use the same artwork and same size imprint area.

Yes, for most products. For example, you can order 100 royal blue, 100 red, and 100 orange basketballs with the same artwork. However, if you need to change the imprint (ink) color there will be an additional screen charge. Please use the assorted color swatch when ordering and specify the break down in the Special Instruction box.

Unless otherwise specified, add $40.00 to select products (not available for all items). First column pricing will be used. Absolute minimum is half the regular minimum unless otherwise specified.

Most items are available without a custom imprint. We refer to these items as "Blank or Unimprinted Product". There will not be a screen charge with blank orders. Blank orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after order approval and payment.

Yes, We can process your check via eCheck (fax copy required) or mailed to our corporate offices. Checks must arrive 3 business days before ship date (allowing time to clear bank). Make checks payable to: MiniSportsBalls.com

MiniSportsBalls can print copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or service marked logos, slogans, artwork, graphics, photographs, illustrations or any other intellectual property with the express written consent from the proper rights owner, holder or licensing entity.

Since each order is custom-made (imprinted) to your specification, returns are not accepted. We only accept returns on defective merchandise or products sent in error. As of January 1, 2008, all MiniSportsBalls.com products were independently tested by accredited third party testing labs and have passed the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) International Standard F-963 for soluble heavy metals. All MiniSportsBalls.com?s products have tested significantly below the CPSA minimum lead thresholds. Phthalates: In compliance with the new prohibition on phthalates required by the CPSA deadline of February 10, 2009 all MiniSportsBalls.com?s products (imported and manufactured in the US) will be in compliance with this new CPSA phthalates standard. The CPSA requirement for third party phthalates testing and certification of children products as of September 2009. MiniSportsBalls.com has completed, independent phthalate third party testing on all its products.

We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Colleges, Universities & Government Agencies. PO's are required to be faxed (877-972-FAXX) with your order and artwork approval.

Yes, If you find a lower price than ours, we'll match it*! Just send us a link, proof or written quote (via email or fax) from the competitors website showing the lower total price for the same item. *Offer is valid for quotes/orders yet to be placed. Past orders & orders in production are not included.

Yes, Unfortunately our site currently cannot handle addresses outside the United States. Please request a quote via the Contact Us tab. Include the product, quantity, imprint info and your complete shipping address.

To upload directly from our web-site, choose "Text plus My Logo/Graphic(s)" or "My Logo/Graphic(s) only" under Print Options on "Step 1". After you click on PURCHASE, during the order process, you will be asked to upload your files. You can also email your graphics directly to us at artwork@MiniSportsBalls.com.

We keep your artwork on file for at least 3 years. Check with us if your previous order is older than 3 years... we may still have it on file.

Turn-a-round time varies for each product. See "Ships in:" on the "Additional Info" tab on each product page for individual production time. Blank orders can ship within 1 to 3 days after order approval and payment. Production time is counted as business days and does not include weekends or days when production may be closed for a holiday. Keep in mind shipping/transit time varies from one (1) to five (5) additional business days within the continental U.S.A .

You can order any quantity above the minimum. You will be billed at the price per ball your quantity falls in-between. For example, if you want to order 150 balls, the cost for all 150 balls would be at the 100+ price.
