COLOR, TEXTURE, and MATERIALS (Product Samples): Colors may appear lighter or darker according to room lighting, monitor conditions, etc. Photos shown on this website may not be accurate. Please request a sample if the color, shape, feel, size, or weight is critical. MiniSportsBalls.com will provide one sample product free of charge. The samples may vary from the final shipped product(s). Product(s) may vary from order to order and year to year. MiniSportsBalls.com reserves the right to change, substitute, or discontinue any product without notice.
PROOFS: Proofs are provided free of charge. They are sent electronically via email, but may also be faxed if requested. The proof’s relative size, placement, and colors are only for reference. They are not intended to be an exact depiction of the final product. If you find that we have made an error on your proof, we will correct it free of charge. If multiple artwork changes are requested, additional proofs may be billed at $8.50 per proof. Artwork for all orders must be approved before an order is sent to production.
ERRORS, INCORRECT SPELLING & OMISSIONS: If the error or omission was represented on the approved proof, we are not liable, and no credit, refund, discount, or replacement will be issued. If the error or omissions were not on the approved proof, MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) will issue a credit, refund, or replacement for the order.
HOURS OF OPERATION: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. We are closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th weekend), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Christmas through New Year’s Day.
PRODUCT INFLATION: All products intended to be inflated or shipped inflated must be inflated/reinflated by mouth or hand pump. Items are not designed nor intended to be inflated using compressors or electric pumps. The use of compressors and electric pumps can cause the seams of these products to burst, air leaks, and valve failure due to overinflation. MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) does not guarantee inflatable items inflated by any means other than my mouth or hand pump.
GUARANTEE: All merchandise sold by MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. Any defective items must be returned before a refund or replacements are issued. We reserve the right to inspect the defective/damaged product(s) before issuing replacement or credit. Regarding any merchandise found to be defective, we reserve the right to either replace or refund the order. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise unavailable for inspection or return.
MINIMUM ORDERS: All imprinted and blank items have a quantity minimum.
ORDERS: Phone orders are not accepted due to the potential for error. All orders must be submitted through our website, via email, or by fax. Orders are not put into production unless the order is complete.
OVER/UNDER RUNS: All MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) orders are subject to a 7% overrun/under-run. MiniSportsBalls.com’s goal is to ship the exact quantity ordered. Some orders may receive up to seven percent more or less of the quantity ordered, due to MiniSportsBalls.com’s quality control inspections after the product is printed. We cannot replace the shortage; you should count the product when it arrives. You will not be charged for any additional product (overruns) shipped to you.
PRICING: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, pricing on all items is per item. Prices are for one standard color imprint on one side/panel. Call for a quote for quantities not listed on our website. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
RUSH ORDERS: Available with prior approval with a $40 Rush Charge. Rush orders are only available for one-color, one-sided imprints (excluding footballs with stripes).
SALES TAX: Florida businesses, individuals, and organizations are required to pay 7.5% Florida sales tax unless a valid Certificate of Exemption is included with your order.
SHIPPING DELIVERY: MiniSportsBalls.com will provide an estimated delivery date before your order is approved. We use reliable delivery services like FedEx and UPS to ship our products. While shipping delays, errors, and system failures are rare, MiniSportsBalls.com is not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur during transit after the order has been shipped.
Customers will be responsible for the full order and shipping costs if the order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts. Additional shipping charges will apply if customers wish to have the product re-shipped.
NOTE: FedEx and UPS no longer guarantee delivery times and will not issue any compensation for late deliveries. Please allow sufficient time between placing your order and your deadline/event date.
CHANGES / CANCELLATION: All orders are considered firm once approved. Any change other than the quantity to an approved order will be billed for work completed plus any additional work required to make the change. Changes in quantity can only be made prior to the start of production. If a quantity change occurs after any portion of production is completed, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Changes made after the start of production will delay shipping. If a cancellation is necessary, all costs associated with the work performed to the date of cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC). They are subject to production costs, including screen charges and a 10% cancellation fee. Orders that include Rush Production can not be canceled once approval has been received. If an order has not yet been approved, there will be no charge to cancel the order. We do not refund shipping or handling charges.
RETURNS: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) must authorize returns; any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Unless deemed defective, no returns will be accepted for imprinted or special order merchandise (see above Guarantee). Returns on unimprinted/blank merchandise* (see exclusiongs below) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund or reimburse shipping or handling charges. Authorized refunds will be processed and issued within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
COLOR REGISTRATION & IMPRINT: During the printing process, each color may shift slightly due to variations in production. No two items will print precisely alike. The imprint and each individual color can shift 1/16"-1/8" in any direction. We may add color traps and overprint depending on the design and ink colors. Imprint area measurements are approximate and may vary. EXACT REGISTRATION CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED ON ANY ORDER.
RIGHT TO PROMOTION: Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time the order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display and or printed on promotional items.
TERMS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eChecks, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Payment is required upon approval of the order and artwork. Production will not begin until prepayment is received. Purchase Orders and other arrangements are available; don’t hesitate to contact customer service before your approval. In some instances, production will not begin until prepayment has cleared. Customers or orders shipping outside the U.S. must use a credit card or send certified funds in U.S. Dollars for merchandise and freight with the order, unless prior arrangements have been made.
TURN-A-ROUND: Most orders will be shipped in 4 to 10 working days after the artwork is approved. Plus, ground shipping takes 1 to 5 days, depending on your location.
FAX or EMAIL OF INFORMATION: You assume all responsibility for the clarity of faxed or emailed information.
PRODUCT LIABILITY: Customer agrees to assume all liability resulting from claims against MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) for infringement of patents, copyrights, personal rights, and injury.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MiniSportsBalls.com’s (Put Your Name On It! LLC) liability is limited to the credit or replacement of any portion of the shipment. In no case shall MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC )'s liability exceed the amount charged for the product ordered.
