BALL SIZE: All balls are measured fully inflated. Sports balls are measured from pole-to-pole (Half-Circumference). Vinyl Basketball, Soccer and Volleyballs may vary in size from 4" to 5". Beach Balls are measured from pole-to-pole (Half-Circumference). All ball sizes, shape, feel, and weight are approximated and may vary from order to order. For more details... Click here

CHANGES / CANCELLATION: All orders are considered firm once approved. Any change, other than quantity, to the order once in production will be billed for any work done, plus any additional work required by the change. Changes in quantity can only be made prior to the start of production. If a change in quantity occurs after the completion of any portion of production, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Any change made after the start of production will delay shipping. If a cancellation is necessary, all costs associated with work performed to date of cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) and are subject to production costs such as screen charges as well as a 3% cancellation fee. Orders with Rush Production can not be canceled once approval has been received. If we have not yet processed your order, there will be no charge to cancel your order. We do not refund shipping or handling charges.

COLOR, TEXTURE, and MATERIALS (Product Samples): Colors may appear lighter or darker according to room lighting, monitor conditions, etc. Photos shown on this website may not be accurate, if color, shape, feel, size, or weight is critical please request a sample. MiniSportsBalls.com will provide one sample product free of charge. The sample may vary from the product(s) shipped. Product(s) may vary from order to order and/or from year to year. MiniSportsBalls.com reserves the right to change, substitute or discontinue any product without notice.

ERRORS, INCORRECT SPELLING & OMISSIONS: If the error or omission was represented on the approved proof, we will not be liable, and no credit, refund, discount or replacement will be issued. If the error or omissions were not on the approved proof MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) will issue a credit, refund or replacement for the order.

FAX or EMAIL OF INFORMATION: You assume all responsibility for the clarity of faxed or emailed information.

GUARANTEE: All merchandise manufactured by MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced by MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC). MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. We reserve the right to replace or refund the order. Any defected items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We reserve the right to inspect the defective/damaged product(s) before issuing replacement or credit. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise that is unavailable for inspection.

HOURS OF OPERATION: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. We are closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th weekend), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend and Christmas through New Year's Day.

PRODUCT INFLATION: Beach Balls, Sport Beach Balls, Take-a-Seat Cushions, Make-Some-Noise Sticks and Sports Balls are only intended to be inflated by mouth or hand pump. Items are not designed nor intended to be inflated with compressors or electric pumps. The use of compressors and/or electric pumps can cause the seams of these products to burst or leak air. MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) does not guarantee inflatable items inflated by any other means other than my mouth or hand pump.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MiniSportsBalls.com's (Put Your Name On It! LLC) liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of shipment, In no case shall MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) liability exceeds amount charge for the product ordered.

MINIMUM ORDERS: All imprinted and blank items have a quantity minimum.

ORDERS: Phone orders are not accepted due to the potential for error. All orders must be submitted via our website, emailed, or faxed. Orders are not put into production unless the order is complete. Orders are considered complete with a complete shipping address, camera-ready art, and any artwork approvals if required.

OVER/UNDER RUNS: All MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) orders are subject to a 7% overrun/under-run. MiniSportsBalls.com's goal is to ship the exact quantity ordered. There are orders that may receive up to seven percent more or less of the quantity ordered. Due to MiniSportsBalls.com's quality control inspections after the product is printed. We cannot replace the shortage, and you should count the product when they arrive. You will not be charged for any additional product (overruns) shipped to you.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, pricing on all items is per ball. Prices are for one standard color of imprint on one side. Call for a quote for quantities not listed on the website. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: All information provided to us is kept confidential. We do not sell, rent, or exchange any part of your information.

PRODUCT LIABILITY: Customer agrees to assume any and all liability resulting from claims against MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) for infringement of patents, copyrights, personal rights, and injury.

PROOFS: Proofs are provided free of charge. They are sent electronically via email but may also be faxed if provided. If you find that we have made an error on your proof, we will correct it free of charge and send you a revised proof. If you make multiple changes to your information, additional proofs may be billed at $8.50 per proof for reformatting or re-designing. Artwork for all ordered must be approved and via fax or email back before an order is placed into production.

RETURNS: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. MiniSportsBalls.com (Put Your Name On It! LLC) must authorize returns; any returns not authorized will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will be accepted for imprinted or special order merchandise unless it is determined to be defective (see above Guarantee). Returns on unimprinted/blank merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund or reimburse shipping and/or handling charges. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise, which is unavailable for return. Authorize refunds will be processed and issued a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned merchandised.

COLOR REGISTRATION: Due to our printing process, each color will shift during production. No two items will print exactly alike. Colors on sports balls can shift 1/16"-1/8" in any direction. Colors on the backboards can shift 1/16"-1/8" in any direction. We will add color traps and overprint depending on the product and ink colors. EXACT REGISTRATION CANNOT BE GUARANTEED ON ANY ORDER.

RIGHT TO PROMOTION: Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time the order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display and or printed on promotional items.

RUSH ORDERS: Available with prior approval and a $35 Rush Charge. Rush orders are only available on orders for one color, one-sided imprint (footballs without stripes).

SALES TAX: Only Florida businesses, individuals and organizations are required to pay 7% Florida state sales tax, unless a valid Certificate of Exemption is included with your order.

TERMS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eChecks, and PayPal. Payment is required when order and artwork are approved. Production will not begin until prepayment is received. Purchase Orders and other arrangements are available, please contact customer service prior to your approval. In some instances, production will not begin until prepayment has cleared. Customers or order shipping outside the U.S. must use a credit card or send certified funds in U.S. Dollars for merchandise and freight with the order unless prior arrangements have been made.

TURN-A-ROUND: Most orders will be shipped in 4 to 10 working days after artwork is approved. Plus, 1 to 5 days for ground shipping depending on your location.
