Most items are available without a custom imprint. We refer to these items as "Blank or Unimprinted Product". There will not be a screen charge with blank orders. Blank orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after order approval and payment.

We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Government Agencies. When checking out, there is a payment option for P.O.'s. Upon proof approval, we ask for a copy of the P.O. to be emailed or faxed. Email to payments@MiniSportsBalls.com or fax 877-972-FAXX (1-877-972-3299).

Turn-a-round time varies for each product. See "Ships in:" on the "Additional Info" tab on each product page for individual production time. Blank orders can ship within 1 to 3 days after order approval and payment. Production time is counted as business days and does not include weekends or days when production may be closed for a holiday. Keep in mind shipping/transit time varies from one (1) to five (5) additional business days within the continental U.S.A .

Absolutely. Proofs are provided FREE. Your artwork proof will be sent electronically via eMail; but may also be faxed upon your request. If you find you need to make a change or that we have made an error on your proof, we will correct it free of charge and send you a revised proof.

A Screen Charge... is the cost of associated with the creation of a screen, printing plate, die, or other materials needed to print your unique design (artwork) on the desired item. You will have a screen charge for each imprint location (side) and each additional color printed on that location. The screen charge is independent to quantity ordered. Each screen is unique to your custom order. Screen Charge(s) are not related or in conjunction with an artwork fee. Our artwork services are always FREE.

Yes, for most products. For example, you can order 100 royal blue, 100 red, and 100 orange basketballs with the same artwork. However, if you need to change the imprint (ink) color there will be an additional screen charge. Please use the assorted color swatch when ordering and specify the break down in the Special Instruction box.

You can order any quantity above the minimum. You will be billed at the price per ball your quantity falls in-between. For example, if you want to order 150 balls, the cost for all 150 balls would be at the 100+ price.

Some products have multiple imprint locations. The number of imprint areas and the additional side imprint charge is listed on each product page under the Pricing and Details tab. There will be an additional screen charge per area (location) along with the per piece additional side charge.

With Rush Production, your order, once approved and paid, will ship within three business days. Rush Production is not rush (expedited) shipping. Rush Production is only available on selected products. It's limited to one color, one-sided imprint, and footballs cannot be stripped. There is a $35.00 Rush Production Charge.

Yes. We can combine as many different styles as long as they use the same artwork and same size imprint area.

As of January 1, 2008, all MiniSportsBalls.com products were independently tested by accredited third party testing labs and have passed the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) International Standard F-963 for soluble heavy metals. All MiniSportsBalls.com?s products have tested significantly below the CPSA minimum lead thresholds. Phthalates: In compliance with the new prohibition on phthalates required by the CPSA deadline of February 10, 2009 all MiniSportsBalls.com?s products (imported and manufactured in the US) will be in compliance with this new CPSA phthalates standard. The CPSA requirement for third party phthalates testing and certification of children products as of September 2009. MiniSportsBalls.com has completed, independent phthalate third party testing on all its products.

No. We do not charge to review, re-size, edit or modify your computer files as needed to make sure they print properly.
